This is a beautiful 1914 summer dress made from poly cotton stripe in a soft, spring green and grey stripe with white cotton accents. Perfect for WW1, suffragettes, Titanic type events.
 
I'm selling this because it simply doesn't fit me any more! It would suit a petite size 6-8. Full measurements below.
 
Dress features an open, square neckline with collar detail and a moderately high waistline as was typical of this era. Sleeves are cut in one with the bodice in the kimono style. The skirt of the dress falls to ankle length, but is quite slim, straight cut echoing the hobble skirts that were fashionable and has a peplum overlayer to the back and sides. The dress fastens with decorative buttons on one side of the bodice and hidden buttons lower down into the skirt. 
 
Please note: there is a small mark, on the back hem of the skirt. Dress was worn a lot to WW1 re-enactment events. I have washed it and tried several methods to remove the mark to no availl. However could be hidden with a band of narrow ribbon, a small tuck, or lost in the hem if you need to shorten the length at all.
 
Does not include hat, shoes, period undergarments or any other accessories shown.
