Delivery

I am only accepting UK orders on this site currently. Please visit our Etsy store for International services.

 

Please allow a minimum 8 weeks for despatch on all Classic Collection clothing items.

International delivery may be a minimum of an additional ten days. 

 

Your item may get delayed in customs. We take no responsibility for this or any charges incurred.

Ready-made items will be shipped once full payment has cleared within a couple of days.

UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Special Delivery dependent on insurance value. International orders via Royal Mail's 'International Tracked'. You will be required to sign for your package. This gives us both peace of mind that your order is on its way and is delivered safely.

Some accessory items, such as parasols, are sent Royal Mail second class to keep costs down. Although you won't need to sign, I do obtain proof of posting.

Blue Lady Couture takes no responsibility if your order does not arrive in time for your special event. My schedule books out 8 weeks ahead throughout the year. We have no control over the delivery time once it has left the studio and only offer it as a guide on the order confirmation based on Royal Mail services. We always recommend you order well in advance and contact us if you are on a tight deadline to ensure there is space in our schedule since certain times of the year can be very busy.

For READY MADE accessories and garments, please double check on the sizing. We will accept returns, however, you must contact us within seven days of receipt to inform us of your intentions. We do not refund shipment costs and the refund will be processed once we receive the item back in pristine condition.

If your item is FAULTY on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will endeavor to assist you to the best of our ability. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but please bere in mind 'faulty' does not mean fitting issues, but damaged. Please ensure damaged packaging is noted on receipt and photographed.  I will not offer a refund if I'm unable file a claim with the postal service.

 

Take care when opening your package. We do not recommend using knives or scissors.
