This striking pink and black corset and skirt set was made several years ago as a steampunk show piece. I was doing a Victorian Fairytale series and this was inspired by Sleeping Beauty - if the story was set in Victorian times she would have pricked her finger on the needle of a Singer sewing machine!
 
The ensemble consists of a striking corset made from black cotton coutil base with pink shantung fashion layers and trimmings. Fully steel boned, with metal eyelets, steel busk and satin ribbon lacing. The skirt is made from pink polyester shantung with a dramatic two tone ruffled train and contrasting black and white striped and lace edged trimming.
*Please note: I am not including the blouse as it is not in saleable condition, so this is just the skirt and the corset*
 
The price does include the matching mini-top hat which was made by Ooh La La Boudoir.
 
The outfit has only been worn for the photoshoot shown, modelled at a fashion show and used for display. A few light marks on the underside of the train, but otherwise in good condition.

Bust 35", Waist 25", Hips 36"
Hips have lacing detail that suits larger hip measurement. The model originally wore hip pads to help exaggerate the shaping.

Front length from bottom of waist band to hem 43.5"
